| Quote midtskogen ( ) For what other reason would you eat charcoal? ...why would you eat charcoal to begin with? The only reason I've ever known people to use charcoal is for cooking, and perhaps writing on walls or something.

| Charcoal is sometimes used to absorb toxins before the body can process them (e.g. extreme cases of alcohol poisoning). But the 'Yum' part of my post was sarcasm......

| Yes, charcoal is something that should be in a domestic first aid kit. Its absorbing power also works in the mouth, so charcoal tablets are tough to swallow and you need a lot of them.

I can't watch a video on YouTube because it downloads for 10-15 seconds, and I can't look in the Image Dump thread because after a while images stop downloading I have pretty much the same problem. However, if you want to watch Youtube vids there are programs you can use to download them to your hard drive for local viewing. That way you can view them in any resolution you want, without buffering issues, provided that you don't mind waiting for it to download.

Yeah, we do. It's not that serious, most cashiers don't care about it.
