Destructor1701 improved the JJprise

Ha! Thanks for the shout-out. Yeah, I did a bit of work on it, but it was only because you lit a fire under me. I guess you guys can expect these texture tweaks and more when the Doc releases the updated, 098 compatible, Star Trek addon. I've got to do a few more things for him, but who knows when I'll do them?

Anyway, the JJprise:

Before:

After:

And I made new Bussard Collectors for the TOS Enterprise, too:

Before:

After:

Click here for the full album of pictures of these, and a write-up on the how and why. Not sure why I did that.

I reached the edge of SpaceEngine's universe.

It is a perfect cube of 32.6 Gly ^3.
Standing in the middle of the universe, the fardest you can see is 28.23 Gly. (Half diagonal of a 32.6 cube).

Our observable universe is 92 Gly in diameter.

SE is a 10x10x10Gpc cube.

And SpaceEngineer plans to eventually make it even larger to match the observable universe and then close it on itself. smile

with blackhole shaders

Would those happen to be the edits I posted before?

Also reminds me that I should add an updated version to my mod thread smile

In the sense that you hit an invisible wall or that you get teleported to the opposite side?
