I should say 80 when staying still, when the blur kicks in while moving the camera the framerate drops quite substantially. I do not play the game like that.

The difference between motionless camera and moving camera is like 60 to 70 fps. When not moving the camera in those screenshots I had an fps ranging from 65 to 80 depending on stars in background, while rotating the camera the framerate would go as low as 15. I only turned up the magnitude like that to show the black engine effect.
