Some of the planets do look slightly 'squashed' in their appearance though, is that something to do with your monitor screen perhaps?

This particular one is from a system at the edge of a star cluster. I intentionally zoomed out to the max FOV of 120" in order to capture both an orbiting satellite moon and the milky way in the background. I will post another one from another star cluster later today when I finish work.
Shame most of these Toliman systems have vanished from version 0.97. I kinda liked the sk with Polythermus in the distance.
They haven't "vanished", they were taken out because they're not real and because a real planet has actually been discovered in that system now. You can add the Avatar planets back in by moving that catalog from your 0.96 installation to the catalogs/planets folder of your 0.97 installation and adding the filepath of that catalog to your universe.cfg file.
