The Tadpole Galaxies is a probable winner at 256.799 trillion. Then again, it's a special case because it's actually the combined numbers from two colliding galaxies spread out over a huge area, so, should we include colliding galaxies in this?
Tadpole galaxy is made of only one model (on the other hand, I made Antennae galaxy with two separate models). I don't think we could consider this galaxy as the winner of this challenge because generation of stars in model of collided galaxies is not accurate yet in SE.

He should really state in the rules if it needs to be procedural or not.
That's a good rule. But even procedural galaxies are made with non-procedural models. Only their size is procedural. Just wait for procedural models of galaxies.
